Clarksville, Tenn., operator Mitch Rollins helped some troubled students learn a few things about the auto business, and about life. Maaco was one of the first local businesses to open its doors to the local police department’s Operation Turnaround. The students’ learned about Maaco quality standards and gained hands-on experience in sanding, masking, painting and detailing. “It meant a lot to us to be able to be able to give back to community,” Mitch said. “The crew was really excited. They knew they were doing something important, that maybe they could influence some of these kids. If your life is like a wrecked car, but you stay focused, you can repair it and turn it around.”
