Charlene and Marty Klyne of Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting in Regina, Sask., received the Maaco Cup award at a convention held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The award recognizes the top chain's top performing franchisee. “I’m honored to be singled out for accolades from among all 475 Maaco franchises,” Charlene Klyne said. “I have a great team supporting me in the center and at the corporate office.” Said Maaco President David Lapps, “This center is to be commended for creating a superb brand experience that keeps customers coming back.” Charlene has run day-to-day operations since they opened their new store in 1999. Associated with Maaco since 1987, Marty runs a separate business and handles the center’s marketing and advertising. A superb team, the Klynes rely on the Maaco system hourly, daily, weekly and car to car. At the convention, industry and company authorities led educational workshops in crew development and customer satisfaction, along with advanced repair processes for the latest automotive technology, designs and materials.
