Introduced at Maaco’s “Measure of Success” convention in Palm Beach, Fla., Oct. 17 to 21, was a new business relationship with CSi Complete, a collision repair industry leader in monitoring customer satisfaction. Maaco relies on repeat and referral business for over 50 percent of revenues at the 475 franchises, which repair close to one million vehicles each year. “What gets measured gets managed,” Vice President of Operations David Lapps commented. “Knowing where we stand with our customers is the best way to ensure their 100 percent satisfaction.” General assembly presentations, breakout sessions and a hospitality area provided the franchise operators with a complete picture of the chain’s direction, including continued growth in national fleet accounts. The convention also included regional pep rallies, a teambuilding competition and a grand finale banquet.
